Thank you for shopping at Rovixan. We want you to enjoy every sip of our coffee, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Since coffee is a perishable food product, we generally do not accept returns on opened bags of coffee to ensure health and safety standards.
However, if there is an error with your order (wrong item sent) or if the packaging is damaged, please contact us within [3 or 7] days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer (for COD orders) within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rovixan.com.
